Challenge
The organisation was growing rapidly and needed AI to support both it’s internal processes and differentiate them in the market - in an industry where margins are shrinking due to the increasingly competitive environment.
The client had ambitious product plans but struggled to productionise solutions and make them robust.
Solution
We devised a 12 week roadmap spanning solutions, infrastructure, operating model and culture, which will go on to be delivered in the next phase of the engagement
This roadmap will enable them to deliver solutions to their employees and to their clients in a matter of weeks and justify a higher enterprise value in any financial event
