Challenge

The client had built a strong but concentrated relationship in an area that was declining in demand and needed to lean on other competencies to reduce concentration risk and diversify the business. They had a strong team of technical staff but were lacking in strategic direction aligned to the needs of the market.

Solution

We redefined their fee structure to increase revenue, established two new capabilities to boost diversification and helped re-brand for expanded market reach. We introduced new ways of measuring progress for the leadership team, put in place a new business strategy and placed new talent on their board.
